90-Day Return Period

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if the product does not meet your expectations. The item must be in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Send the Product Back:
    Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Receive Your Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for any faulty or damaged item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@nervemedy.com and send the item to the return address provided.
